How far in advance should I book my rental?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date locked in. Popular weekends, graduation season, school events, and holidays fill up quickly. A small deposit secures your date and keeps the party planning stress-free.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and pickup options so you can focus on enjoying your event instead of hauling equipment around. Delivery availability and fees depend on your event location.
Do your concession machines come with supplies?
Yes! Our concession rentals can include everything you need to get started — like popcorn kits, cotton candy sugar, cones, cups, and other supplies depending on the package you choose. Additional supplies are available for purchase.
Do you provide someone to operate the machines?
Absolutely! Want to actually enjoy your party instead of becoming the popcorn guy all night? Add one of our attendants and we’ll handle serving your guests.

Yes! Many of our rentals are great outdoors, but they must be protected from rain, high winds, and unsafe weather conditions. Safety first — soggy cotton candy isn’t the party vibe we’re going for.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. Your booking is officially confirmed once your deposit has been received.
